The Course
Throughout the course, teacher learners will have the opportunity to explore a number of key concepts which are central to teaching and learning English, with particular reference to foreign language contexts. You will develop your knowledge about language learning and consider its impact on classroom practice.
You will have the opportunity to reflect on your beliefs about teaching and learning, sharing with co-participants and your tutors on the course. There will be a strong focus on innovative approaches to increase learner engagement and motivation and enhance learning outcomes for students, ensuring learner-centred lessons where your students can develop essential communication and collaboration skills, crucial to language development and beyond.
